Dr. Carmen Geha is a public policy scholar and feminist governance advisor specializing in political reform, civic engagement, and inclusive leadership in the Arab region. She is the founder of Sultara Consulting, based in Barcelona, and formerly served as Associate Professor of Public Administration at the American University of Beirut.
