Karim is the Managing Director of Space42, set to emerge from the Bayanat and Yahsat merger, focusing on AI-powered geospatial solutions and satellite communications. Previously, he led E-Space in space-based IoT and transformed SES into a multi-orbit satcom operator. With a background as a Senior Partner at Booz&Co and extensive advisory roles, he also contributed to technology and strategy discussions through various boards and publications. he hold graduate degrees from Columbia University and other institutions and is finishing studies at Harvard University
Eddy Skaff
Eddy Georges Skaf is a Director since February 2024, currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at CYVN Holdings L.L.C. He holds directorships at Foreight Limited, Forseven Limited, and CYVN Investments RSC Ltd. Previously, he was Senior Advisor to Digital Infrastructure at Mubadala and Chief Strategy Officer at Emirates Integrated Telecom Company (du). Eddy holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut and dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Boston University.
