Khalil Gebara

Khalil Gebara is an expert in governance, local development, and public policy, serving as an academic at the Lebanese American University (LAU) and Senior Advisor to the Crisis Observatory at the American University of Beirut (AUB). He brings extensive experience as a government advisor, including roles with the Lebanese Ministry of Interior and Municipalities and the office of Prime Minister Saad Hariri. Khalil holds a PhD in Political Economy from Exeter University and actively contributes to various organizations, including the Common Space Initiative.
