Fred Khair

Fred Khair is a political consultant and analyst. He holds a BA in Administrative and Political Sciences from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut (USJ), an MSc (Grande Ecole Programme) from ESCP Business School and is a graduate of the Foreign Service Programme (Diplomatic Studies) from the University of Oxford. Since 2005, he has been working as a consultant for political figures, political parties, think tanks, media platforms and public institutions in Lebanon and the Arab countries.
