Before that, Mr. Hammoud was the Managing Director - Head of Private Equity & Corporate Development for the MENA Turkey and India region at Olayan Financing Company (KSA), Managing Director - Head of Principal Investments at Shuaa Capital (UAE) and Senior Associate - strategy at Booz & Co. (now Strategy&). Maher holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School and MBA from the Lebanese American University.
