Paul Cochrane is an independent journalist covering the Middle East and Africa. He lived in Bilad Al Sham (Cyprus, Palestine and Lebanon) for 24 years, mainly in Beirut. He is also the co-director of a documentary on the political-economy of water in Lebanon, “We Made Every Living Thing from Water”

I wonder how the law obliged that used bikes should be replaced by new ones? I myself have a bike that I have bought since 4 years (less than 125 cc) and on yearly basis it passed the mechanic fees.
I do vote to have more bikes in more lenient way but NOT in way to run and bolster a private business !
