How do you judge the performance of Lebanon’s financial markets in the recent past? Financial markets in Lebanon are developing quite ok, especially on the fixed income side. I am looking now from the issuer point of view. On the dollar side, the market for sovereign paper has developed quite well for primary issues, secondary market, and market makers.
